What information?

The form collects your name, email, province, postal code, enquiry type and message. Additional details depend on your request: phone, city, product, building, heating, company, territory, qualifications or installation information. Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information.

Purpose and use

Information is used to respond, understand your project and follow up. With your consent, it is emailed to the Altrovia team. No marketing subscription is created. Sharing your contact details with a partner for a referral will require prior confirmation.

Service providers and processing outside Quebec

Hosting uses Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Forms are transmitted through Resend, using an Altrovia sending domain configured in a US region. Hosting, transmission and email services may process information outside Quebec. Providers process information to deliver the service; no submission is published on the website.

Retention and access

The website does not create a database of enquiries. Messages remain in email services and may be used for customer follow-up. Retention should be limited to file needs and applicable obligations. Contact Altrovia for the retention period applicable to your enquiry. Contact us to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

Cookies and browsing

The site counts quote clicks, form starts and submissions accepted by the email service. Statistics group the day, language, an internal source page, product range and source category. They contain no name, email, message, IP address or visitor identifier. No analytics cookie is used. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable these counters. Aggregates are retained for up to one year; a technical delivery reference prevents duplicates for 31 days. Older data is removed on the next statistics write. No advertising tool is added. Hosting and access services may use technical features necessary for security and authentication. A preference cookie remembers only your language (French or English) for one year. The form does not save its fields in browser local storage.
